Before removing a user dictionary, it must be connected/restored. In order to correct/restore your dictionary, you need to specify a dictionary name that you desire to delete and click the Connect/Restore button. As soon as a user dictionary connected, you can click the Delete button. 

Note

Upon a user dictionary deletion, you won't be able to undo the action or restore your dictionary. It will be removed permanently.
