Are there any applicable taxes?

WebSpellChecker LLC is an Ukrainian-based company. However, due to complex legislative regulations as for international payments, all the international transactions are processed by our official reseller in Estonia, TeamDev Management OU (VAT #EE101929530). According to the terms of the Agency Agreement (Commercial Representation) #2 as of October 1, 2016, TeamDev Management OU is eligible to represent and act on behalf of WebSpellChecker LLC.

By default the pricing provided on quotes or invoices do not include any taxes. However, there is a list of exclusions that you must be aware with:

  • TeamDev Management OU will collect VAT from customers within the European Union who have not supplied a valid VAT ID, in accordance with EU tax legislation. 
  • TeamDev Management OU is exempt from withholding taxes in some countries like the United States. For compliance reasons, U.S. customers may wish to obtain a copy of the W-8BEN-E form.
